Do long days in the saddle and the crunch of gravel beneath your tires send chills of anticipation down your spine? Salsa's Vaya Ti was built for riders who just can't pass up a minimally maintained road when they see one. Smooth, light 3/2.5 titanium tubes ensure the Vaya feels stable but not dull, smooth but snappy, and confident over the worst chip seal you can find. The whole package rolls on Salsa's own hubs and tubeless-ready HED Belgium+ rims. Wrapped in a pair of 41mm-wide Surly Knard tires, these wheels are ready to head to the ends of the earth, or your favorite rails-to-trails path. SRAM drivetrain components, including Apex shifters and an X0 rear derailleur, provide fast and positive-feeling shifts. The 48/32 chainrings and 11-36-tooth cassette provide gravel-friendly gearing that will ensure you have energy to spare at the top of every hill. Rear rack mounts mean your options are open; add panniers (sold separately) for extended touring or around-town errand running or keep your Vaya Ti stripped down and simple for fast, fun weekends on the road.
